Delete your At Mine account
In the app
- Open At Mine and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear at the top to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
It happens straight away and can't be undone.
Without the app
Email team@at-mine.app from any address, with the phone number you sign in with (or say you use Sign in with Apple). We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your profile: name, username, phone number, profile photo and interests, and your sign-in
- The nights you host, with their guests' replies, votes, chat, notes and photos
- Your replies, votes, chat messages, notes and photos on other people's nights
- Your direct messages and your friends list
- Your sidekick, its chats and everything it remembers
- Your film votes, notifications and read receipts
What's kept
- Reports of abuse that you made or that were made about you, for up to one year, to keep people safe and meet legal obligations. They hold the reported message and the account ids involved, nothing else.
- Server logs, which are deleted automatically within 30 days.
